Bond University
The Health Science and Medical Faculty provides teaching facilities for new Medical and Health degrees which have been introduced to Bond University. Having committed to an intake date for Medical students, Bond University selected ADCO to construct the $15 million facility under a “fast track” delivery process.
ADCO assisted with initial cost planning and design advice before negotiating a final Guaranteed Maximum Price with the University.
The 7500m2 building covers 4 levels and includes teaching facilities, laboratories, faculty offices, and lecture theatres. The facility was completed in just 9 months from commencement on site and was available for the first student intake in accordance with the university’s original programme.
