Assist the Project Manager in the safe, coordinated and successful delivery of projects to achieve project targets, in accordance with The ADCO Way.



  • Contribute to production of the documents and plans that govern the project delivery
  • Ensure that plans are in line with project, business and legislative requirements
  • Review and understand project specifications and drawings, identify and address any ambiguities
  • Compile or contribute to accurate scopes of work for subcontracts
  • Review subcontractor plans for compliance with project plans and specifications
  • Ensure subcontract and supply agreements are in line with project and company contractual and technical requirements
  • Assist in resolving design and coordination issues
  • Coordinate with others to achieve engineering requirements, such as shop drawing approvals, 3rd party inspections, temporary works controls, etc.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in project engineering within the construction industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant engineering software programs
