ADCO is building a $65m retail development Bennetts Green, 14 km south of Newcastle. Tenancies include a bulky goods, sporting goods and crafts store, a family fast food restaurant and petrol station. Retail outlets will be operated by Bunnings, Spotlight and Anaconda, among others.

ADCO is working with developers Spotlight Retail Group. We are engaging the local subcontract market, offering over 50 trade packages to be procured for project delivery. We project that over 500,000 hours of site work will be expended during the course of the project. There will be a peak of 150 people on site at any one time, and the site will be major contributor to the employment of local tradespeople and eventually permanent retailing staff upon completion.
