The WA Police Fit-out in Perth was undertaken within a live and fully operational major crime police building with a separate tenant on level three. This three-floor interior fit-out was completed in two separable portions.
Separable Portion 1 consisted of the demolition and refurbishment of the ground, first and second floors, with Separable Portion 2 being the demolition and refurbishment of the end-of-trip facility located in the building warehouse area on the ground floor.
Significant security upgrades and additions were required at the building, with the added complexity of integrating the existing live and operational security systems whilst always maintaining the security of the building.

WA Police integrity checks were required for all personnel and significant roof-mounted mechanical equipment demolition and reinstatement was required, while coordinating noisy works around office hours was imperative to the project.
