ABOUT THE ROLE

As we expand our portfolio in Queensland, we’re seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team on a high-profile Education Project. This project is based centrally between Logan, Ipswich and the Gold Coast. If you’re passionate about safe, efficient construction and thrive in a collaborative environment, this is your opportunity to contribute to shaping educational spaces that inspire.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll assist in the safe and successful delivery of site works in line with “The ADCO Way” – our proven framework for quality and efficiency. You’ll oversee apprentices, labourers, and leading hands, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and defect-free.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and Deliver: Review project documents, ensure subcontractor compliance, facilitate site setup and daily activities, and implement short-term programs
  • Review and Complete: Maintain accurate records, contribute to reporting, identify risks/opportunities, and manage handover with quality documentation
  • Lead and Support: Coordinate teams, foster positive site environments, attend meetings, support industrial relations, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and staff development

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in construction supervision on similar projects
  • Strong understanding of safety, design, and logistics; skills in problem-solving, communication, and software like Aconex and Microsoft tools
  • Ability to build relationships, manage stakeholders, and escalate issues proactively essential
