    Judy Brinsmead

    Judy is Chairman of the Board and is integral to the strategic management of ADCO. Previously a partner at Morris Fletcher & Cross (now MinterEllison), her focused leadership style is backed by formal education holding a Bachelor of Laws with Honours. Beyond being recognised as both a solicitor and barrister, Judy has a wealth of experience in construction and property, joining ADCO as an executive director in 1989. She has a detailed understanding of the business having been instrumental in ADCO’s success and growth over the years. Strong on community, Judy is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Bond University and was on the Joint Marketing Committee for the 2018 Commonwealth Games.

    With over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, Neil is ADCO’s Managing Director. He has held executive roles in Australia and internationally, and is a strong, strategic leader who is passionate about building a performance-driven, supportive culture and developing meaningful industry-wide relationships. He holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours (Sheffield Hallam University) and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Neil has a proven track record of driving change and delivering results and cares about developing people and improving the construction industry.

    Richard Carmont

    Richard has held executive roles with ADCO Group for over 28 years, including 15 years as MD. He remains as passionate as ever, making an invaluable board contribution on operational and strategic levels. A CPA, his qualifications extend to a Bachelor of Commerce (University of NSW) and Master of Business Administration (Deakin University). Richard is also on the Board of Randwick District Rugby Union Football Club and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

    Cameron has over 15 years’ experience in construction and property development. Bringing a direct approach to ADCO’s risk management and commercial processes, Cameron was previously a senior property lawyer at Deacons (now Norton Rose)—experience that serves him well as both Director and Chief Commercial Officer of ADCO. Cameron is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Science (University of NSW) and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours (QUT.)

    Paul Chapman

    At the heart of the ADCO team since 1990, Paul has over 40 years’ experience in the building and civil engineering sectors spanning both Australia and the UK and 16 years as a Director of ADCO. His formal qualifications as a quantity surveyor are complemented with strong practical experience and sound managerial skills across a diversity of major projects. Paul’s proven performance and reliable good nature are key to the development of informed, sincere and trustworthy relationships with ADCO’s clients.

    Tom Hill

    Tom commenced with ADCO in 2011. His focus is on providing strong connections between our clients, our people and ADCO’s vision and values. He provides valuable leadership and guidance  across a broad range of ADCO’s business. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business with Management Major from Bond University. Tom is also on the advisory board of the Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal.



    Scott Keck, Alison Quinn


    Scott is Chairman of Charter Keck Cramer, a leading property consulting firm. He has 48 years’ experience in property valuation and corporate real estate across national markets. He is a negotiator in complex commercial issues related to property and provides advice on large portfolio strategies and valuations for major statutory and private corporations. His extensive professional affiliations include being a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria. A number of investment committees and advisory boards also benefit from Scott’s expertise. In addition, Scott is a member of the Business Advisory Board, Monash University Business School, and the University of Melbourne Infrastructure Committee.



    Alison offers her extensive experience in property development, banking and finance to ADCO’s Board. She was CEO of RetireAustralia, and has held  executive positions with entities including Aveo, Growth Management Queensland and Mulpha Australia. She is a current board member of Uniting Care, BWP Trust, SunCentral Maroochydore and past Chair of St Margaret’s Anglican Girls School and an advisory panel member of Economic Development Queensland. Alison’s professional memberships include being a fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and of the Urban Development Institute of Australia. She is also a life member of the Retirement Living Council and a member of Chief Executive Women.

    Gareth Adams

    Gareth is a highly qualified CFO with 15 years’ experience in construction finance in Australia and the UK. As CFO, Gareth is responsible for the group’s accounting, treasury and financial operations. His diligence is underpinned with a Bachelor of Science (Economics) with Honours (University of Bath) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and Strategy (University of Oxford). Gareth is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

    Brad McCarthy

    Brad is responsible for ADCO’s pre-construction functions. With a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communication (Massey University) and over 20 years’ industry experience, Brad has held senior management positions in Australia and New Zealand. For the last 15 years, Brad’s strong commercial acumen has ensured ADCO’s market presence is sustained by managing national client relationships, the conversion of strategic opportunities, targeting key growth sectors and successful geographic expansion.

    Shanelle Woodall

    Shanelle brings 20 years of industry experience to her role as Head of Corporate Affairs. With a multi-faceted background in legal and commercial roles in the UK, US and Australia, she values and appreciates the roles and responsibilities of all of the people who contribute to construction projects, including employees, trade partners, clients and external stakeholders.

    Shanelle studied law at the Queensland University of Technology, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a graduate of the inaugural ADCO Leaders Program. She is also admitted as an attorney in New York.

    She is passionate about supporting women our business and the industry and is an executive board member of the Women of ADCO and committee member of the National Association of Women in Construction (QLD).



    Mike Rinaudo

    Mike brings an extensive understanding and appreciation of the Australian Defence Force to his specialised role at ADCO. Following 10 years’ service with the Royal Australian Air Force in Australia and overseas, Mike’s construction credentials have been sharpened through a range of defence and civil projects, including defence base master planning, development of air-side facilities and pavements, airfield rescue and fire service facilities, explosive ordnance storage and handling facilities, and administration, industrial, warehousing and accommodation facilities. Mike holds a Postgraduate qualification in Management, a Master of Science from the Royal Military College of Science in the UK, is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia, an Engineering Executive of the Institution of Engineers Australia, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Queensland.

    Ross Trethewy

    Ross is an industry specialist in environment, health and safety management and brings more than 25 years’ experience to his role as Head of HSE.

    Ross completed a Bachelor of Building with First Class Honours and University Medal, and a PHD in OHS Performance Measurement both at UNSW and possesses related specialist skills in conversion and delivery of complex projects, legal and expert opinion, and high-risk work methodologies.

    Ross advocates for increased focus on upstream design and planning to reduce downstream risks in delivery to achieve technical and business strategic interventions and integrated risk management outcomes.



    Sean Conroy

    Joining ADCO in 1997, Sean has more than 25 years’ experience in the industry. His formal training in quantity surveying and law enable him to resolve complex practical, legal and financial challenges faced by our team and clients across all levels of project development. His string of high-level qualifications includes graduating in Bachelor of Laws (UNSW) with the University Medal. His proactive management ensures ADCO’s safety and quality systems are maintained at industry best practice levels.



    Doug Zuzic

    Doug is responsible for the IT, systems and project support across the ADCO group nationally. With more than 15 years’ executive experience in the construction industry, he warmly embraces making the technical accessible to ADCO’s national team. Doug’s qualifications include a Diploma of Information Technology (Network Engineering), a Diploma in Business Management, and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management Certification. He has also completed the Rogen SI – Executive Leadership Program and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.



    John Basilisco

    John is responsible for ADCO’s NSW business and brings more than 25 years’ experience in design, construction and development, predominantly within large complex schemes in Australia and in Europe and the UK. After graduating from the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Design and a Bachelor of Architecture John spent his early career in NSW before moving overseas, returning to Sydney in 2011. John’s strengths are in complex projects and he prides himself in ensuring that his teams are striving for excellence through all stages of conversion and delivery. Having delivered major projects across a range of sectors he understands the complexity associated within these sectors and is passionate about finding the best way to achieve successful results for our clients.



    Kevin Harris

    Kevin has over 30 years’ experience involving numerous large-scale projects for key private and government clients. This gives him the on-ground insight to resolve complex project issues with optimal, efficient and cost-effective solutions. Focusing on safety, stakeholder engagement and construction innovations, Kevin prides himself on forging strong client, sub-contractor and community relationships.



    Michael Kouknas

    Michael brings over 20 years’ experience in construction and development, in various capacities and project types across NSW. He holds a Bachelor of Building from Western Sydney University. Michael’s experience includes various large scale commercial and industrial projects, retail malls, hospitality and short term accommodation developments. He worked on the redevelopment of the Wonderland Industrial Precinct at Eastern Creek as well as several significant medical research facilities including Cochlear’s global headquarters and the Australian Hearing Hub both within the grounds of Macquarie University. More recently, Michael has worked on projects within Sydney’s CBD, including the refurbishment of Town Hall House for the City of Sydney and the redevelopment of 280 George St.



    Matthew Wilkinson

    With 18 years’ experience in construction, Matthew is an energetic and visionary construction manager. Embracing diversity, he has wide-ranging international experience and a unique blend of design, engineering and management skills. This gives him the capacity to work with large complex project teams to coordinate the design, development and on-budget delivery of multimillion dollar projects, further propelling ADCO’s success and vision.

    Dean Israel

    Dean’s 25-year construction career had its beginnings in ADCO, where he is now Construction Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Building with Honours from University of Western Sydney.

    Dean manages and delivers each of his projects with a client-focused approach. He is naturally talented at building strong relationships with both clients and project partners, allowing him to achieve superior outcomes that exceed expectations. Dean prides himself on working to best practice standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance.

    Kristian Anthony

    Having commenced with ADCO in 2010, Kristian heads up all pre-construction activities for our NSW business. He is an enthusiastic and astute leader who thrives on developing high-performance teams. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) through University of New South Wales and is a member of the Property Council of Australia’s Future Directions Committee. Kristian has a reputation for delivering results and maintaining long-lasting relationships.



    Amy Williams

    Amy is responsible for ensuring we understand and meet the needs of our clients and works hard to improve our client engagement. This includes targeting key growth sectors, developing new business initiatives and overseeing early engagement activities for prospective projects. With a Bachelor of Communications and a Bachelor of Business Management from University of Queensland, Amy has spent 13 years in the Australian property industry where she has amassed a large and close network of industry professionals and leaders. Amy is currently a member of three industry committees, including Property Leaders Sydney and the Property Council of Australia NSW Future Directions Committee.



    Carlos Gonzalez

    Carlos has worked in the construction industry for the past 20 years and during this time he has successfully built relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, clients and consultants across many sectors. As a key part of the senior leadership team in New South Wales, Carlos brings strength in contract negotiation, strong financial acumen and excellent subcontractor relations. He is a team player who works hard to ensure his teams consistently deliver to our clients expectations.



    Phil Provenzano

    Phil has over 25 years’ industry experience in the HSE field. An unwavering commitment to quality delivery sees him responsible for overseeing ADCO’s corporate HSE&Q management systems for all construction projects undertaken in NSW. His proactive leadership and willingness to share his knowledge underpin his longevity and ongoing success in the role.



    Lakshu Adaikalavan

    Lakshu is responsible for ADCO’s Victorian, Tasmanian and ACT operations. Strong on stakeholder management, he prides himself on steering delivery teams to consistently achieve best-practice standards in quality, safety and environmental performance. Lakshu’s architecture and design management background further adds significant value to every project, ensuring designs translate to construction in the most practical and cost-effective manner.



    Anthony Flynn

    Anthony has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry including over ten years at Lend Lease. He is a highly skilled Construction Manager and uses his extensive project experience, industry contacts and superior project management skills to maximise outcomes across his project portfolio. His experience includes proven design management skills where he is able to offer ADCO’s client’s value engineering and real cost benefits, to ensure projects are in line with our clients feasibilities and expectations. He strives for best practice OH&S performance and always provides the safest possible work environment on his projects.


    Matt Shinkfield

    Matt has more than 25 years of construction industry experience and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering. His extensive knowledge base extends to both senior project and design management roles in Australia and the UK. A stickler for build quality, Matt thrives on leading large teams to successfully coordinate the design, development and delivery of multimillion-dollar projects.



    Nathan Thomas

    Nathan’s construction career in Australia and UK spans over 15 years, giving him a solid understanding of the industry landscape in his role as construction manager. He holds a Bachelor of Construction Management with Honours from Deakin University. Devoted to innovation and leadership development, Nathan took part in ADCO’s inaugural Leaders Program, and is a member of our innovation group, Novus. He is passionate about creating a positive team environment for the benefit of the project team, client and stakeholders.

    Anthony Woolf

    Bringing more than 15 years’ industry experience to his role at ADCO, Anthony possesses invaluable skills across all levels of construction management to ensure a well-rounded approach to project delivery. He offers expertise in the health, leisure, industrial, infrastructure, defence, data and commercial sectors. He graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Construction with Honours through Deakin University. Client and subcontract relationship management is critical to Anthony, and his problem solving abilities and agile disposition results in project delivery outcomes exceeding expectations. A passionate leader he is also enthusiastic about mentoring and fostering career growth of staff.



    Daniel McLean

    Daniel combines over 10 years of industry experience with formal qualifications in construction management and architecture. This gives him the insight and discipline to contribute robust innovative solutions. He works across our estimating, construction and in-house design teams to consistently exceed our clients’ expectations. Specifically, in the areas of innovative value engineering, effective construction methodologies, detail cost planning and budgeting.

    Glen Blamey

    Glen brings almost 30 years of industry experience to his role as Business Development Manager in our Victorian operations.

    A construction expert with extensive design experience, Glen holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Deakin University, and is a registered architect.

    Glen’s keen collaboration and communication skills allow him to foster quality relationships with our clients and project partners, and his hands-on creativity ensures he responds to complex tasks with unique and effective solutions.

    Christina Hung

    Christina brings 18 years’ of commercial leadership experience in engineering and construction to her role at ADCO. Having held senior positions across multi-national companies, Christina brings a wealth of experience in financial management, contracts negotiation and management across a range of diversified industries. She is client-centric with a strong focus on building lasting relationships, and ADCO’s teams benefit from her highly collaborative management style. Christina studied a Bachelor of Business at RMIT, graduating with distinction, and she is a passionate advocate for encouraging and empowering women in the construction industry.



    Phil Stenteford

    With over 15 years’ industry experience, Phil is responsible for managing ADCO’s HSE&Q systems for all Victorian, SA and ACT projects. He is a proactive leader of continual improvement and drives strict safety compliance across all construction activities. Committed to people care, he combines three years with the Victorian WorkCover Authority with experience as an HSE Coordinator on large projects such as the Royal Children’s Hospital Stage 2.



    Brad Eathorne

    Brad leads ADCO’s Queensland operations with 25 years of building and infrastructure experience. With a wealth of experience in the defence, commercial, retail, aviation, power and mining sectors nationally, his career has spanned projects ranging in scale and complexity at both Executive and Project Leadership levels. Recognised for his collaborative, proactive and innovative leadership style, Brad demonstrates a consistent client focus and an ability to harness the capabilities of his teams as well as ADCO’s design and trade partners to deliver increased value to our projects.



    Michael Duckett

    Michael is one of ADCO’s leading construction managers with a particular focus on the Gold Coast region. He has an enviable reputation for the smooth completion of complicated, award-winning developments. Standouts include the redevelopment of Robina Town Centre and the first 6-Star Green Star education building in Australia for Bond University. Nothing thrills Michael more than an impeccably finished project.



    Kris McKerron

    Kris possesses more than 16 years’ experience in the construction industry spanning two continents and operating across various sectors. Passionate about developing and engaging people, and leveraging off diverse workforces to achieve results, Kris works collaboratively with all key stakeholders on the projects he oversees to ensure smooth delivery to a high standard of quality, within budget and to schedule, whilst meeting the relevant HSE targets and project-specific KPIs.



    Dario Marino

    Dario brings nearly 25 years of project and construction management expertise to our Queensland operations. His varied career has seen him managing large construction projects across a breadth of sectors, most notably retail, education, aged care, commercial and residential. He holds a Bachelor of Building Construction Management from RMIT. Additionally, Dario is passionate about good management and leadership development, mentoring and HSE matters.



    Nick Hamilton

    Nick’s journey from apprentice to Pre-construction Manager has given him a valuable familiarity of the construction landscape in Australia and an appreciation of strong personal and working relationships with stakeholders. With diverse sector strengths spanning in defence, commercial, government, education, health and residential sector, nationally and overseas, Nick’s range of experience and the ability to work under strict time and delivery constraints enables him to effectively lead ADCO’s Queensland Pre-construction team.

    Susan Mercer

    Susan brings over 20 years of business development and marketing experience in construction, property development, architecture and engineering. She thrives on the opportunity to contribute to wider construction industry and future growth. She works hard to understand our client’s needs and provide early support and advice to find solutions through detailed strategies combined with in-depth industry knowledge. Susan holds a Diploma of Business Marketing, Advanced Diploma of Management and is currently on the Property Industry Foundation’s Board of Advisors, together with the Property Council of Australia’s QLD Residential committee.




    Michael Roszka

    As Commercial Manager, Michael is a key senior member of our Queensland operations. He has vast experience across all aspects of commercial management and provides key financial, contract management, and construction law advice for our project teams. He is also a committee member of the QMBA Contracts Committee.

    Nathan Brown

    Nathan is a key member of our Queensland team as Health, Safety and Environment Manager. With almost 20 years’ experience in the commercial construction, property, and infrastructure industries, Nathan has a proven track record developing and implementing HSE Management Systems and is known as a robust team leader with demonstrated success in building and managing teams.

    Nathan holds a postgraduate diploma in Health & Safety from Edith Cowan University. He promotes a culture of learning and collaboration to achieve best safety outcomes in our operations.



    James Prattent

    James leads our Western Australian operations with over 15 years’ experience in both client and contractor roles across regional and metropolitan WA. Having graduated from Curtin University, he has worked in Perth for many years delivering a vast array of projects across multiple market sectors in both client and contractor roles. James’ professional attitude and standards are a key part of driving the team to become a market leader in the delivery of our projects. His track record in the Perth market, combined with his strong leadership and communication skills are key to ADCO becoming the Builder of Choice in Western Australia. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and Economics, is a registered builder and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.



    Peter Tobin

    Peter is responsible for all project delivery across our Western Australian operations. A highly experienced construction professional, he has the proven ability to lead teams to achieve successful outcomes regardless of the complexity of the contract. Peter is an excellent communicator and is a strong advocate of our policy of delivering one consistent standard nationally. To fulfil this, he prides himself on developing excellent relationships with everyone involved in every project.



    Dan Metcalfe

    Dan brings 17 years’ construction industry experience across a diverse range of sectors in his role as Construction Manager. His strengths lie in construction programme and financial management, team leadership, contractual management and stakeholder relations. He has extensive experience managing pre-contract works, including construction methodology and bid evaluations. Dan’s local market knowledge combined with his aptitude in construction management makes him a robust leader in ADCO’s WA team.

    Charles Notter

    With over 15 years construction experience, Charles has successfully delivered challenging and complex projects, including Defence construction projects within critical operational and secure working environments.

    Charles holds a Bachelor of Construction from University of Western Sydney. His career has seen him successfully manage and deliver diverse high-profile projects providing him a broad construction knowledge. His appetite for collaborative management results in a strong team environment with all project stakeholders through the design, procurement, construction and commission and handover phases of the project, ensuring exceptional outcomes for the project and client.

    Lyn O’Brien

    Bringing nearly 15 years’ experience of estimating and bid management in the state and overseas to her role at ADCO, Lyn oversees all pre-construction activities for our WA operations. Lyn holds a Bachelor of Construction Economics and Masters in Quantity Surveying. Her construction experience and broad-reaching industry relationships enhance our ability to understand and respond to our client’s needs. She is highly focused on providing high quality proposals and building long lasting client relationships. Lyn’s leadership style guarantees a collaborative approach and a highly responsive service to our clients.



    Andrew Pachioli

    Andrew is a highly experienced HSE Manager with West Australian experience that ranges from remote mining projects to urban developments. He is responsible for the successful implementation of ADCO’s corporate HSE management systems for all construction projects undertaken in WA. As a graduate from Curtin University, Andrew holds various tertiary qualifications in the fields of Health, Safety and Environmental practices, and has a detailed knowledge of best practices in construction. He combines this with a pragmatic and practical approach which ensures ADCO projects in WA are well managed, safe, and provide a healthy environment for our people and those around us.



    Tim Pearson

    Tim brings 30 years of major project experience to his role as Commercial Manager for our WA operations with a proven track record of commercial management across a diverse range of projects throughout Australia and internationally. He has exceptional commercial knowledge, building strong relationships with our supply chain, clients and stakeholders. He is a team player with a strong commitment to supporting our projects to deliver excellent outcomes for our clients. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying.
