ADCO Brings Construction Expertise to Defence Sector

ADCO is delighted to have been awarded the contract to deliver the $30m Health & Wellbeing Centre at Puckapunyal in Victoria, for Department of Defence. The project involves the design and the construction of a new sports and health facility at the Puckapunyal, 100 kilometres north of Melbourne. When complete the facility will offer a 50-metre indoor swimming pool, a multi-functional weights and cardio area, external training areas, support, storage, administrative spaces and associated car parks. ADCO to Build Groundbreaking Brisbane Metro Depot

ADCO has been announced as builder of choice for the new Brisbane Metro Depot Works project for Brisbane City Council, located in Brisbane’s south. The $64 million project in Rochedale includes the design and construction of the new Brisbane Metro Depot – a facility that will maintain and operate the initial fleet of 60 Metro vehicles while incorporating a design that allows for future expansion. Two More Prestigious MBA Awards Won in Victoria

ADCO is delighted to have won the 2020 Master Builders Association of Victoria Excellence in Construction award in the categories 'Commercial Buildings: $20 million to $30 million' for the state-of-the-art Caulfield Grammar School Aquatic Centre and ‘Commercial Buildings ($30 million to $80 million)’ for construction of the 10-storey Ozanam House in North Melbourne. Separable Portion 1 at Pimpama Sports Hub Now Complete

ADCO is pleased to announce that our Pimpama Sports Hub project has reached Practical Completion for Separable Portion 1! The first of two separable portions built for City of Gold Coast, SP1 now offers 12 netball courts, a netball centre, event space and a community park connected by an elevated boardwalk. ADCO is delighted to be the building partner for the next Property Industry Foundation (PIF) House in Sydney, which will give a safe and secure place to live for five homeless youth. ADCO and PIF will be building a 5-bedroom home in Dulwich Hill for Stepping Stone House. On average, each bedroom is occupied by three young people each year – some for one night and some for six months.
