ADCO is thrilled to have completed construction on our developer Arklife’s second development, a 29-storey, build-to-rent project in South Brisbane. The build-to-rent concept provides tenants with a more cost-effective and stylish way to live in the inner suburbs of Brisbane.

The heritage listed development encompasses 265 residential units and delivers residents a high-end lifestyle incorporating an indoor gym, roof top pool, barbecue and dining area, lounge area, a private cinema and associated landscaping.

The development will also refurbish and showcase a beautiful heritage-listed building, highlighting its architecture and incorporating it into the complete design, using it for commercial and retail use. There will also be space for a bar on the ground floor heritage building. Additionally, 314 car spaces and 347 bicycle spaces will be available for residents and guests across six basement levels.
