Austral and Leppington Public Schools

ADCO has been engaged as head contractor to deliver the staged redevelopment of both Austral Public School and Leppington Public School under a single contract for $170 million—part of a broader strategic initiative by the NSW Government to address the impacts of rapid population growth in south-west Sydney.

These concurrently delivered projects represent a major investment in public education, supporting SINSW’s vision for inclusive, adaptable, and future-ready learning environments across NSW.

Leveraging our deep experience in education construction, we will deliver these projects with minimal disruption to school operations. Backed by dedicated teams, sustainable design principles, and a well-coordinated delivery approach, these projects will result in high-quality, future-proofed learning environments aligned with the Department’s long-term educational infrastructure goals.
