Australian Federal Police, K9 Facility

ADCO completed a K9 Kennel Facility for the Australian Federal Police in Cairns.

Located at Cairns Airport, this project saw construction of a purpose-built facility to house the AFP’s dog team, who perform bomb appraisals and drug screening for the Airport.

ADCO’s ability to work closely with the AFP to understand their requirements and protocols, and then put those in place during the construction phase, led to the successful on-time completion of the new facility, with seamless handover to the users and client.
