The back-of-house support services include kitchen, laundry, house-keeping, maintenance and gardening and the facility provides clinical and administration services, a retail presence on the ground floor with café, wellness centre spa and hairdresser plus a 360 degree site aspect with extensive views from upper floors, including balconies and outdoor terraces. The build involved fully landscaped external areas with sensory gardens and mobility paths, an environmentally sustainable design, premium finishes, fitments and fixtures and minimal ongoing maintenance requirements.
