Brisbane Airport Corporation Multi-Level Car Park

The Brisbane Domestic Terminal Multi-Level Carpark development provides over 1,700 parking spaces across six levels, increasing Domestic Terminal capacity by 20% and seamlessly integrating with the existing multi-level facility.

The project was $90 million in value and delivered as ECI to Design & Construct, with responsibility for design management and construction delivery. The facility is located a short walk from the terminal and offers safe, weather-protected parking for passengers.

Key project items include a rooftop solar array, self-sufficient green wall façade, sustainable procurement practices, and provision for future EV charging infrastructure.

The project scope also included communications room, main switch room and substation installation, plus facilities supporting active transport users.
