Carss Park Pool

ADCO is delivering the new $63.5 million Carss Park Pool on behalf of the NSW Office of Sport, with Georges River Council as the future owner and operator.

The project represents a significant investment in community health, recreation and aquatic infrastructure for the Kogarah region, delivering a safe, fit-for-purpose swimming facility for the local community. Funding for the project is provided by the NSW Government, Georges River Council and the Commonwealth Government.

Once complete, the new precinct will feature:

–  An eight-lane, 50m heated outdoor swimming pool with a swim wall

–  An outdoor heated Learn to Swim pool with accessible entry

–  Modern amenities, change facilities and kiosk

–  Shaded spectator seating and pool lighting

Located within the much-loved Carss Bush Park, the project will restore a valued community asset and create more opportunities for people of all ages to learn to swim, stay active and connect through sport and recreation.
