Cobblebank Secondary School

ADCO is excited to be selected as the Builder of Choice to deliver the Cobblebank 7-12 Secondary Supported Inclusion School for the VSBA. The project is located on a greenfield site at 305-329 Ferris Road, Cobblebank in the City of Melton, approximately 33km north-west of Melbourne’s CBD.

The school has been designed to provide an inclusive learning environment with a planned capacity of 1,600 mainstream students and 130 Supported Inclusion Students, with future potential to accommodate up to 2,270 students.
Stage 1 scope, which supports an initial enrolment of 865 students, will include a two-storey Administration & Learning Building; a 3-storey Learning Building (Building A); a vibrant Community Hub featuring a double-court gym, fitness room, music and drama rooms, and food technology areas; outdoor learning and play areas, including a soccer pitch, hardcourts, a welcome mat, and landscaping; and staff car park.

The project is expected to be completed in time for Term 1, 2026.
