These services include case management support and may also include support for physical and mental illnesses, support for substance abuse, links to education, training and employment opportunities.
ADCO has been selected as the Builder of Choice on the project which involves the construction of 29 studio and 83 one-bedroom apartments with self-contained kitchens and bathrooms.
Other features include secure landscaped podium with shared BBQ areas, shade structure and seating areas, communal dining, lounge and kitchen spaces, leasable commercial spaces for the provision of on-site medical services, café and community services. Office spaces and meeting rooms for Community Housing providers and operators and vehicle parking will also be provided.
