Condell Park High School

ADCO has been awarded the contract to deliver the upgrades to Condell Park High School.

This $60 million project will replace demountable classrooms with modern, purpose-built facilities, ensuring students have access to contemporary, future-focused learning environments.

The works will include new teaching spaces featuring 16 classrooms in an EFSG-standardised hub layout, with integrated learning commons and multipurpose areas and refurbished facilities involving upgrades to 4 existing buildings, delivering 17 classrooms, 15 specialist teaching spaces, 7 support teaching spaces and external enhancements.

The project will integrate 5 Star Green Star initiatives, aligning with environmental goals and ensuring a sustainable, long-lasting solution for the community.
