Ipswich Hospital Car Park

This 7-level multi-story car park located on South Street in the Ipswich CBD, will complement the $710 million Ipswich Hospital Stage 2 Expansion.

The project involves demolishing existing buildings on-site and delivering a minimum of 800 car spaces for hospital staff, patients, and visitors. The car park will also feature End-of-Trip facilities and incorporate the latest advancements in car park management systems.

Our ADCO team has collaborated extensively with the client through design meetings and workshops to ensure the car park is future-proofed and yielding maximum carparks for HIQ. The future expansion will allow for one extra level to be installed as the needs for the Ipswich Hospital grow.

This is ADCO’s latest project with long-time client Health Infrastructure Queensland, part of Queensland Health’s Health Capital Division, which is delivering over $14 billion in health and hospital projects across the state.
