Kennedy Community Centre

ADCO has delivered the Hawthorn Football Club, Kennedy Community Centre; the club’s new elite training and administration facility in Dingley.
Working with the consultant team to complete the ECI phase, ADCO completed the design and construction of the new headquarters and community facility, an impressive site spanning 28 hectares.

The Centre features a community pavilion and oval built to ensure gender-equal facilities and public amenities, specifically for community use and engagement.
The Centre includes the Harris Elite Performance and Administration facility, which caters for all Hawthorn teams equally and includes an elite gymnasium, full aquatic facilities, including a magnesium pool and dry sauna and equal amenities and locker rooms for both AFL and AFLW programs.

Alongside an MCG-sized training oval is the dedicated AFLW Oval and Community Pavilion, boasting full broadcast facilities, floodlights for night games and purpose-built spaces for future AFLW matches and community use.

Administrative spaces for community and not-for-profit organisations share the club’s resources, creating a healthy, inclusive, and cohesive culture through participation.
