We were pleased to deliver this central Fremantle fitout project for the Western Australian Government, providing more than 14,500 m² of contemporary office accommodation in the heart of the Kings Square precinct. Located between Queen Street, Newman Court and William Street, the $13 million project included the fitout of all tenant areas within the North Campus, as well as works to the ground‑level tenant lobbies.
The project reinforces ADCO’s strong track record in delivering Western Australian Government department fitouts, building on our experience across projects including the State Administrative Tribunal, Department of Mines and Petroleum, Legal Aid, Western Australian Police, and the award‑winning Mirrabooka Government Office fitout.
The Kings Square North Campus project was recognised at the 2021 Master Builders Association of Western Australia Awards, winning Best Building Fitout ($10–20 million).
