ADCO built the Morwell Trade Skills Centre (MTSC) project for TAFE Gippsland, in Victoria.
Designed by GHD, the $35 million upgrade to the TAFE Gippsland campus in Morwell delivers a modern, high-quality training facility in the heart of the Latrobe Valley.
The project included demolition of an existing single-storey building, and the construction of the new 5,000m2 two-storey facility. The MTSC provides facilities for students to train in: electrotechnology, new energy systems, instrumentation and plumbing trade training, with specialist workshops, lab facilities and general-purpose classrooms.
The facility now provides many new vocational training opportunities to students of the Latrobe Valley and broader Gippsland region.
