National Storage Rollout

National Storage continues to expand its portfolio, bringing an innovative and collaborative approach to procuring and working with its delivery partners. ADCO is proud to be their Builder of Choice, delivering seven state-of-the-art storage warehouses across Australia.

Our people recently completed several key projects across the Country including:

In Victoria, a 3-level facility covering approximately 11,568m², featuring 700 storage units in Maidstone; in Clayton South – a 2 level facility providing a secure and accessible solution for personal and commercial storage needs, with an impressive Gross Floor Area spanning 16,800m², accommodating 620 storage units and 26 mini warehouses; in Epping – a 3-level self-storage facility with 835 storage units of various sizes, internal lifts and a Box Shop; Campbellfield – a 3-level facility with a Gross Floor Area spanning over of 12,000m² and 811 storage units in various sizes, with internal lifts and a Box Shop.

In Springfield, Queensland, a 5-level facility with a Gross Floor Area of 9,808m², including additional tenancies for Ultratune Service Centre and Sparkletown Car & Dog Wash.

Ongoing ADCO projects for National Storage are underway in Lansvale, NSW; and Pier Street, Perth, WA.
