National Storage Rollout

National Storage continues to expand its portfolio, bringing an innovative and collaborative approach to procuring and working with its delivery partners. ADCO is proud to be their Builder of Choice, delivering seven state-of-the-art storage warehouses across Australia.

Projects include:

• Maidstone Vic – 3-level facility spanning 11,568m² and featuring 700 storage units;
• Clayton South, Vic – 2-level facility providing a secure and accessible solution for personal and commercial storage needs, 16,800m² approximately floor span, with 620 storage units and 26 mini warehouses;
• Epping, Vic – 3-level self-storage facility with 835 storage units of various sizes, internal lifts and a Box Shop;
• Campbellfield, Vic – 3-level facility spanning over of 12,000m² and 811 storage units in various sizes, with internal lifts and a Box Shop;
• Springfield, Qld – 5-level facility with a spanning 9,808m², including additional tenancies for Ultratune Service Centre and Sparkletown Car & Dog Wash.
• Lansvale, NSW – 3-level storage facility spanning 12,229m2 with approximately 9,206m2 of storage space. The facility features 4 MRV loading bays, ‘drive-up’ storage units accessible via a ring road and internal units.
• Pier St, WA – 6-level facility, including 16,000 storage units and 2 cold shell commercial tenancies.
