Northbourne Public School

ADCO was pleased to be the main works contractor for the new Northbourne Public School, the second school for the rapidly growing suburb of Marsden Park, north-west of Sydney.

The design & construct project involved the creation of a two-storey courtyard building which accommodates 1,000 students.

ADCO’s design and delivery team harnessed the intellectual property from their successful completion of the North Kellyville primary school delivered 12 months prior.  The team replicated the immensely successful kit of parts approach to the schools design and provided extensive programme and cost benefits to SINSW as a result.

The $40 million school provides 40 teaching spaces, library, multipurpose hall, office and admin space, special education units, canteen, amenities, out of school hours care accommodation, multi-purpose sporting facilities and outdoor play spaces, Covered Outdoor Learning Areas, parking and a drop-off/pick-up zone.

This brand new school is now providing high quality learning environments for the students of the local area.
