Parliament West Perth Offices

ADCO was pleased to be the Builder of Choice for the Parliament Place Offices project, which now accommodates parliamentary offices for the WA State Government.

Located adjacent to WA’s Parliament House in the prominent West Perth precinct on Harvest Terrace, the project involved the construction of a 4-storey office building with 2 basement levels.

Designed by Bollig Design Group (BDG), the building incorporated a concrete base structure with precast panels, including toilets, lifts, and 48 secure single basement car park bays with electric vehicle charging points. The development was finished with decorative Donnybrook Stone cladding, curtain walling, and associated landscaping.

The project has achieved a 4.5 Star NABERS Office Base Building Energy rating, 4.5 Star NABERS Office Base Building Water rating and 5 Star Green Star Design/As-Built Rating.
