Perth Concert Hall

The Perth Concert Hall is preparing for a transformative redevelopment and ADCO is proud to play a key role in this significant project.

We were appointed to deliver the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and Enabling Works phases, which lay the foundation for the venue’s next chapter while preserving its heritage and world-class acoustics.

The ECI phase provided detailed investigations, management plans, and reports to support the WA Government’s design team for the Main Works. The enabling phase included the demolition of the southern forecourt and car park, as well as structural remediation in preparation for the Main Works starting early 2026.

This redevelopment will enhance the visitor experience for local, interstate, and international audiences while safeguarding the cultural and architectural integrity of this iconic venue.

The Main Works will feature:
Level 1 and Level 2 Redevelopment – including expanded spaces and auditorium reconfiguration.
Building Repair and Service Upgrades – enhancing infrastructure while preserving the venue’s heritage.
Forecourt and Façade Upgrades – creating new landscaped spaces and improving public access.
