Perth Concert Hall

ADCO is proud to be delivering the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and Enabling Works phases for the iconic Perth Concert Hall. This significant project will breathe new life into the heritage-listed venue while preserving its world-class acoustics and enhancing visitor and performer experiences.

The ECI phase will allow our team to provide key investigations and management plans to support the WA Government’s design team for the Main Works. The Enabling Works, including the demolition of the southern forecourt, car park, and structural remediation, are also underway.

The Main Works will feature Level 1 and Level 2 Redevelopment – including expanded spaces and auditorium reconfiguration; Building Repair and Service Upgrades – enhancing infrastructure while preserving the venue’s heritage; and Forecourt and Façade Upgrades – creating new landscaped spaces and improving public access.
