The Queanbeyan Civic and Cultural Precinct (QCCP) project is an essential component of the Queanbeyan- Palerang Regional Council CBD Transformation Strategy, and aims to bring together Council staff, currently housed across 11 buildings throughout the CBD. The development also includes the modernisation of surrounding public and commercial space.

The scope of works includes 2 towers (3 and 5 levels above ground and mezzanine), 100 basement carparking spaces, 4000 m² council administration, including shopfront, public library space, over 2350 m² commercial space, 6500 m² public realm, connections to Bicentennial Hall and improved access to The Q theatre, a large rooftop garden and 1450 m² community space.

As a major cultural and civic precinct, the QCCP is targeting a 5 Star Green Star Design & As-built rating v1.3 and 5 Star NABERS Energy Commitment Agreement which we are on track to achieve.
