Quest Hotel Southport

ADCO has delivered Quest Hotel Southport, a new 12-storey hotel in the heart of Southport on Queensland’s northern Gold Coast.

Delivered for Vecchio Property Group, the project provides 90 modern accommodation units designed to support business travellers, project teams, leisure guests and families. The development includes a range of guest amenities, including a rooftop pool, fitness centre, conference facilities, guest laundry and secure parking within a two-storey basement.

Conveniently located near Broadwater Parklands, Australia Fair and the G:link light rail network, Quest Southport offers provides a contemporary and convenient base for guests with seamless access to everything the Gold Coast has to offer.

The project presented significant engineering complexity, incorporating a main concrete frame supported by a continuous hard and soft secant pile wall system, as well as a detention tank suspended beneath the ground floor slab. Through careful planning, collaboration and execution, our people delivered a high-quality outcome that will serve the region for years to come.
