ADCO was engaged by Regis Aged Care to build the first section of a staged development of the Hollywood aged care facility in Nedlands. The $43 million project consisted of a new 143-bed, five-storey facility based on the existing operational site.
Work included the demolition of existing accommodation buildings, subdivision works and upgrades to associated infrastructure. The project scope also included a basement carpark with a retained wall structure, external landscaping works and associated aged care facilities.
The facility was designed to provide the highest standard of amenities available for aged care facilities and was completed to the client’s satisfaction.
