Sir Joseph Banks High School

ADCO has been selected as the Builder of Choice to deliver the Sir Joseph Banks High School redevelopment.

This exciting upgrade will replace demountable classrooms with state-of-the-art, purpose-built facilities, ensuring students in the growing Bankstown region have access to future-focused learning environments.

Our project scope includes 16 new classrooms in a modern EFSG-standardised hub layout, with integrated learning commons and multipurpose areas; enhanced core facilities with a new administration and staff area, multipurpose hall, and additional student and staff amenities; and external upgrades improving site safety with an extension to the car park, enhanced pedestrian entries, new landscaped areas, and a COLA (covered outdoor learning area) for all-weather protection.

The works will also include a sustainability focus, integrating 5 Star Green Star initiatives to deliver a responsible, future-proofed solution.
