SOUTH MELBOURNE VERTICAL SCHOOL

ADCO have completed the $40 million South Melbourne Primary School, a new state-of-the-art building completed in just over 12 months. As the first vertical school to be rolled out under the Victorian Government, it was imperative that this project was handed over on time and delivered to a high standard.

The works involved a detailed excavation of the site and the construction of a new vertical school over six levels. The shared school and community facility caters for 525 students with an early learning centre, multi-purpose community rooms and indoor and outdoor multi-purpose sports courts.
