Spotlight Hervey Bay

ADCO Queensland has completed our latest project for Spotlight Property Group: a new Spotlight retail store in Hervey Bay.
This large format retail centre development is spread over 2 buildings with 17 mini-major tenancies including Spotlight, Anaconda, The Good Guys, Harris Scarfe, Early Settler and Planet Fitness.

The scale of this project included Total site area: 29,508 m2; Total GFA: 20,065 m2 made up of 16,000 m2 in Building 1 and 4000 m2 in Building 2; and Total car park: 16,000 m2.

Building 1 includes a basement car park and 11 retail tenancies located on Level 1 and a gym tenancy in the basement car park. The facility also includes centre amenities, a mall area, the Centre Manager’s office, loading docks, travelators, and lifts. Building 2 is two storeys high with an on-grade car park with 6 tenancies, centre amenities, a lift and lobby area.
