Swan Active

ADCO has been awarded the contract to design and construct the new Swan Active Ellenbrook facility, an exciting development set to become a cornerstone of the Ellenbrook Town Centre approximately 27km north-east of Perth, WA.

Located next to the newly opened METRONET Ellenbrook Train and Bus Station, the facility will feature a regional-level aquatic centre with indoor and outdoor pools, water slides, spa, sauna, and steam room. It will also include indoor sports courts, a gym, health and fitness rooms, a café, creche, and landscaped outdoor spaces, all designed to meet a 5 Star Green Star rating.

Delivered in close collaboration with the City of Swan, this project reflects ADCO’s commitment to building world-class community infrastructure with a strong focus on safety, sustainability, and engagement.
