Swan Active

ADCO is proud to have been awarded the design and construction of the new Swan Active Ellenbrook facility, located approximately 27 kilometres north-east of Perth, Western Australia. This exciting development sits adjacent to the recently opened Ellenbrook Train and Bus Station and forms part of the vibrant Ellenbrook Town Centre.

The project will deliver a state-of-the-art community facility featuring an indoor aquatic centre with multiple pools, including a 25-metre lap pool, a learn-to-swim pool, a leisure pool with water play elements, a warm water pool, spa, sauna and steam room facilities. It will also include two large water slides and an outdoor 50-metre pool with grandstands and BBQ areas.
Beyond aquatic, the facility will offer multi-purpose indoor sports courts, a gym with health and fitness rooms, a café, administration spaces, a creche, car parking and landscape.

ADCO will deliver this project with a considered, collaborative approach, working closely with the City of Swan, our trade partners and service providers to meet all planning and compliance requirements, while maintaining high standards of safety, environmental management and community engagement.
