ADCO has completed building the $85m Institute of Applied Technology for Construction (IATC) at TAFE NSW Kingswood – Nepean, in Sydney’s west.

The flagship educational centre is supporting the pipeline of major infrastructure projects; civil construction works, and residential developments, as well as future projects that service Western Sydney’s fast-growing population. It has been designed to accommodate up to 3,500 enrolments by 2030, assuming 700 apprentices per year.

ADCO’s unique approach included use of innovative partners for future-proofing the facility, a pathway from 5 Star Green Star up to 6 Star design and as-built, and a learning-enabled construction site.
