The Western Australia Police project at 144 Stirling Street, Perth, comprised a 3‑floor interior fitout delivered by ADCO within a live, fully operational major crime facility, with an additional tenant occupying Level 3. Works were completed in two separable portions, including the demolition and refurbishment of the ground, first and second floors, and an end‑of‑trip facility within the ground‑floor warehouse area.
The project required significant security upgrades and integration with existing live systems, with all personnel subject to WA Police integrity checks. Careful coordination was essential, including the staged replacement of roof‑mounted mechanical equipment and the scheduling of disruptive works to minimise impact on ongoing operations.
