Wilton, NSW Wilton Primary and Preschool

ADCO has been awarded the notable new Primary and Preschool at Wilton – including the Stage 1 High School works; a key initiative under the NSW Government’s $3.9 billion investment in public education infrastructure across Western Sydney. This marks our 25th project with School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW), a milestone that reflects our strong and trusted partnership in delivering high-quality educational facilities across the state.

The school will increase permanent student capacity within the Picton School Community Group, delivering an additional 289 student places by 2026 and 32 permanent teaching spaces by 2041, supporting both immediate and long-term educational needs.
This development responds to the rapid population growth in the Wilton and Greater Macarthur areas, with over 15,000 new dwellings projected over the next 20–30 years.

ADCO’s works include the design and construction of a new primary school and a 60-student integrated preschool; stage 1 of a future high school; contemporary, inclusive, and flexible learning environments aligned with SINSW’s Pattern Book and Education Facilities Standards and Guidelines; and supporting infrastructure such as a covered outdoor learning area, administration buildings, and car parking.

This win reinforces ADCO’s position as a trusted builder of public infrastructure and highlights our ongoing contribution to shaping the future of education in NSW.
