ADCO Appointed Builder for Calderwood New Primary School

Partnering with School Infrastructure, ADCO has been appointed Builder of Choice for the New Primary School in Calderwood.

This important $49 million investment in education infrastructure will deliver a contemporary, future‑focused learning environment for the Calderwood and Albion Park community. Scheduled to open in Term 1, 2028, the new school will accommodate primary students and 60 public preschool students.

The project will include:

·         24 modern permanent classrooms and open learning spaces

·         Three dedicated support learning classrooms

·         A 60‑student public preschool

·         Core facilities including a library, multi‑purpose hall, canteen and OSHC

·         A covered outdoor learning area and sports field
