ADCO Building the Future of Rouse Hill

We are proud to announce that ADCO has been selected as the Builder of Choice for the design and construction of Stage 2 of the Rouse Hill Town Centre (RHTC) project, owned by The GPT Group and the GPT Wholesale Shopping Centre Fund.

Located in Sydney’s northwest, RHTC is a dynamic mixed-use precinct, seamlessly integrating retail, commercial, civic, community, and residential spaces. As the region experiences rapid growth—expected to reach 500,000 residents within the next 25 years—this expansion will play a key role in meeting the community’s evolving needs.

Project highlights include:

– 40,000m² of site area with an additional 10,621m² dedicated to 47 new retail spaces
– Replacement of open-air parking and service areas to enhance the retail experience and lay the groundwork for future residential development
– Creation of community-focused spaces and essential infrastructure to support long-term growth
