ADCO delivers enex in the Heart of Perth

Construction is now complete on the enex Upgrades project at 100 St Georges Terrace, with ADCO proud to deliver a transformative refurbishment of this mixed-use commercial asset in the heart of Perth’s CBD.

Delivered our client ISPT, this complex live environment project spanned the retail mall, office tower, Woolworths tenancy and basement loading dock, all while maintaining services to major retail and commercial tenants.

Project highlights included:

·         Creation of a new lift lobby above the existing St Georges Terrace entry, with direct access to the 24-storey office tower

·         Major internal reconfiguration of the ENEX mall to unlock new retail, office and amenity spaces

·         Conversion of Level 3 from a food court to approximately 5,500m² of A-grade office space with new skylights and full-height glazing

·         Complex structural works including escalator removal, fire stair extension, lift shaft construction and new façade penetrations

·         Logistically challenging night works and two-shift programming to accommodate Woolworths and retail trading

·         Upgraded mechanical and building services to support existing GreenStar and NABERS rating

This project not only maximised previously underutilised space but also enhanced enex’s connectivity, natural light and appeal, all delivered adjacent to the heritage-listed Trinity Church and with minimal disruption to building operations.
