NSW State Conference Celebrates a Year of Growth, Achievement and People

We commenced our Annual State Conferences in NSW last week, celebrating and reflecting on an incredible year of achievement, growth and the people who make it all possible.

Led by updates from NSW State Manager Kristian Anthony, Managing Director Neil Harding and Chairman Judy Brinsmead, we celebrated the milestones that continue to drive our business forward:

·       Welcomed 39 new team members to the ADCO family

·       Celebrated 7 graduations and 28 internal promotions

·       Completed 7 major projects, including National Storage Lansvale, Galuwa Recreation Centre, Northern Rivers School Cluster, MPark Precinct, Forrest High School and Lidcombe Multi-storey Warehouse

·       Currently delivering 12 exciting projects across NSW

·       Recognised with MBA and AIB Awards for the Nellie Hamilton Centre, NextSense Centre of Excellence and Empire Vale Public School

·       Delivered Community Day, Family Day, Little People Who Build Day and our Charity Golf Day, raising more than $58,000 for MATES in Construction

·       Celebrated the launch of our new fitout and refurbishment business, blue by ADCO, including securing its first project win and marking an exciting new chapter as we continue to expand our capabilities and strengthen the services we offer our clients.

We also reflected on our continued commitment to creating opportunities across the industry through initiatives such as Women of ADCO and our ongoing support of NAWIC’s programs, including Male Allies Training, helping foster a more inclusive future for construction.

A special congratulations to our NSW Award winners: Daniel Miletic, Gary Petersen, Alec Christofides, Clara Najarian, Matthew Mangin, and Rachael Pannowitz. Your dedication, leadership and contribution continue to shape the success of ADCO.

Congratulations also to our long-serving team members: Corey Hema, Leni Rao, Abdul Kaddour, Antony Petkovic and Michael Dijkstra (10 Years); Martha Mabbitt (15 Years); Shain McInerney (20 Years); Travers Randall and Michael Hopkins (30 Years); and Greg Ellevsen (35 Years).
