ADCO WA Celebrates Excellence, Growth and Milestones
We wrapped up ADCO’s annual State Conference series in Perth, bringing our WA team together at the iconic WA Museum Boola Bardip to reflect on another outstanding year.
The conference was an opportunity to celebrate the people and achievements that continue to move our business forward. Congratulations to our 2026 State Award winners:

We also proudly recognised Jacqui Painter, Tavis Philson, Stephen Petersen, Keri Kearney and James Wilkinson for reaching the significant milestone of 10 years of service with ADCO.
Over the past year, our WA business has continued to grow from strength to strength,
- Welcoming 25 new members to the ADCO family,
- Celebrating 18 internal promotions,
- Completing seven projects across metropolitan and regional Western Australia, and
- Continuing delivery on nine projects currently under construction.
Beyond our projects, we have continued to strengthen relationships and give back to our communities through our annual Charity Golf Day, Consultant Sundowner, Trade Partner Forum and Community Day.
Congratulations to the entire WA team on another successful year. We now look forward to the upcoming Master Builders Western Australia (MBAWA) Awards, where we are proud finalists across eight categories.
