Building Momentum: Celebrating ADCO Victoria’s Year of Success
Our Victorian team gathered in Melbourne for ADCO’s third State Conference of 2026, bringing together our people to celebrate achievements, recognise outstanding contributions and set our sights on the opportunities ahead.
Hosted by Victoria State Manager Nathan Thomas, alongside Managing Director Neil Harding and Chairman Judy Brinsmead, the conference highlighted the momentum, growth and culture that continue to shape our Victorian business.
Over the past 12 months, we have:
- Welcomed 19 new team members to the ADCO family.
- Celebrated 8 internal promotions across the business.
- Completed 6 marquee projects.
- Continued delivery of 11 projects currently underway across Victoria.
- Raised more than $61,000 through our Annual Charity Golf Day.
- Brought our people together through our much-loved Little People Who Build Day, Family Day and ADCO Open, held in celebration of Wimbledon.
- Looking forward to our upcoming Community Day, where teams across the business step away from their day-to-day roles to support community organisations and charities.
While the milestones are worth celebrating, the conference was ultimately about recognising the people behind them. The dedication, teamwork and commitment shown across every part of the business continue to drive our success and strengthen ADCO’s position as the Builder of Choice.
