Celebrating Success and Looking Ahead: ADCO State Conferences

We recently held our annual State Conferences bringing all our People Who Build together to reflect on the achievements of the past financial year, celebrate the individuals who make it all possible, and look ahead to what is next.

It was fantastic to recognise our Long Service Award recipients and the winners of the Awards of Excellence, including this year’s Chairman’s Award recipients: Michael Duckett for Outstanding Client Service, Renee Zaitouni as Female People Who Build, and Peter Tobin as Male People Who Build.

We also celebrated incredible milestones in long service, with 16 people reaching 10 years, 9 reaching 15 years, 7 reaching 20 years, 3 reaching 30 years, 2 reaching 35 years, and 1 reaching an incredible 45 years. These achievements highlight that Our People not only enjoy where they work but also choose to build long and rewarding careers with ADCO.

Congratulations again to all who were acknowledged for your dedication, professionalism, and teamwork. You continue to raise the bar for our industry.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to making the conferences a success, together, we are building not just projects, but a culture and business we can all be proud of.
