Celebrating the People Behind ADCO Queensland’s Success

We came together at our QLD State Conference, the second of our annual State Conferences being held across the country, to celebrate another year of growth, achievement and the people who continue to drive our success.

Led by QLD State Manager James Prattent, Managing Director Neil Harding and Chairman Judy Brinsmead, the conference provided an opportunity to reflect on the achievements of the past year, recognise our people and look ahead to the opportunities that lie ahead for the Queensland business.

Key highlights included:

Welcomed 26 new team members to the ADCO family.
Celebrated 8 internal promotions across the business.
Reached 26% female representation across our QLD team, well above the industry average.
Completed three marquee projects, including Pimpama Station as part of the Cross River Rail program.
Currently delivering eight diverse projects across Queensland.
Delivered our annual Community Day and are looking forward to our upcoming Charity Golf Day, Little People Who Build Day and Family Day.
Beyond the project and business milestones, the conference was an opportunity to celebrate the strong culture, teamwork and commitment that continue to underpin ADCO Queensland’s success.

A special congratulations to our QLD State Award winners: Suzanne Steffens, Brenton Sonego, Jack Haines, Charlize Inder, Ben Rowlands and Reece Anderson. Thank you for your leadership, dedication and contribution to the continued success of our business.

We were also proud to recognise several significant service milestones:

10 Years – Jack Haines, Craig Fielder and Matt Bridges.
20 Years – Grahame McAllister, Jenny Darcy and Cameron McBurnie.
