Uniting Education and Innovation: Construction Commences on Bond University’s Connections Precinct

Construction is now underway on Bond University’s landmark Connections Precinct, following our successful completion of Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) works.

This transformative 18,000 sqm development will unite Bond’s Business and Medicine programs under one integrated roof for the first time, an Australian-first initiative designed to strengthen collaboration between health and commerce.

Spanning three architecturally cohesive buildings, the Connections Precinct will feature:

·         New anatomy laboratories and 33 clinical skills rooms

·         A custom designed home for the Bond Business School

·         A 1,200-seat Great Hall, set to become the heart of major university community events

·         Additional new carparking and 490kW of rooftop solar

The project represents not only a significant expansion of campus capability but also a strategic vision to address the evolving demands of the health sector where clinical care and business acumen increasingly go hand in hand.

We have been continuously working with Bond University for over 20 years and look forward to delivering another state-of-the-art education facility that will support future generations of leaders in business and health.
