ADCO delivers WA’s largest Bunnings Warehouse

ADCO has delivered WA's largest Bunnings Warehouse in Midland, in Perth's east. Taking on the $17 million development for Aigle Royal Properties Developments last year, Midland Saleyard now offers a new light industrial, large format retail and commercial hub. The 14-hectare development is anchored by Bunnings, offering a 11,000m2 warehouse and external works including the Bunnings service yard areas and the creation of 550 new carparking bays for the store. The site respects its historical significance, located on the site of the former Midland Saleyard WA livestock centre which serviced the state’s railways and agricultural industries for the previous 100 years. Ryan James trains with junior Batemans Bay Tigers

Ryan James, current Ambassador for ADCO’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and Canberra Raiders prop, visited our Batemans Bay Regional Aquatic, Arts & Leisure Centre last weekend, where he met our project team and trained with the local junior rugby league team. Our project borders the Batemans Bay Tigers home ground, so we invited Ryan to come down to visit – he gladly set aside time in his busy schedule to meet us right before the NRL season kick-off. ADCO Brings Construction Expertise to Defence Sector

ADCO is delighted to have been awarded the contract to deliver the $30m Health & Wellbeing Centre at Puckapunyal in Victoria, for Department of Defence. The project involves the design and the construction of a new sports and health facility at the Puckapunyal, 100 kilometres north of Melbourne. ADCO to Build Groundbreaking Brisbane Metro Depot

ADCO has been announced as builder of choice for the new Brisbane Metro Depot Works project for Brisbane City Council, located in Brisbane’s south. The $64 million project in Rochedale includes the design and construction of the new Brisbane Metro Depot – a facility that will maintain and operate the initial fleet of 60 Metro vehicles while incorporating a design that allows for future expansion. Two More Prestigious MBA Awards Won in Victoria

ADCO is delighted to have won the 2020 Master Builders Association of Victoria Excellence in Construction award in the categories 'Commercial Buildings: $20 million to $30 million' for the state-of-the-art Caulfield Grammar School Aquatic Centre and ‘Commercial Buildings ($30 million to $80 million)’ for construction of the 10-storey Ozanam House in North Melbourne. Separable Portion 1 at Pimpama Sports Hub Now Complete

ADCO is pleased to announce that our Pimpama Sports Hub project has reached Practical Completion for Separable Portion 1! The first of two separable portions built for City of Gold Coast, SP1 now offers 12 netball courts, a netball centre, event space and a community park connected by an elevated boardwalk.
