ADCO has completed a stunning fit out for WA’s Department of Transport and Communities. The North Campus consists of the $14 million fit out of the recently refurbished Myer building in the heart of Fremantle. At a total of approximately 14,510m2 across 4 floors, the fast-tracked project was successfully completed within 24 weeks. Work included the demolition of the base build fit out and installation of a variety of informal and formal meeting, conferencing and collaborative areas, offices and a selection of alternative working space options, staff amenities and plant rooms. Contract to Build $61M Pilbara Health Facility Won by ADCO

ADCO is proud to have been awarded the contract to build a $61 million hospital development for the community of Newman in WA’s East Pilbara region. In a ceremonial sod turn event on Tuesday, Premier Mark McGowan announced ADCO as successful builder for the much-anticipated Newman Health Service development. The new facility will include 12 in-patient beds, six emergency department bays, two dental chairs and GP consultation spaces, in addition to dedicated rooms for outpatient consults, therapy, medical imaging and pathology. Yesterday, ADCO welcomed The Hon. Gladys Berejiklian to our Bowral & District Hospital site. ADCO was pleased to welcome Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk to our Indooroopilly State High School site on Saturday. The Premier walked the site and spoke to staff and press about the upcoming pipeline of school construction work, which will provide hundreds of jobs for Queenslanders. ADCO Selected to Complete $8M Geraldton Health Campus Forward Works

ADCO is pleased to have been selected to undertake the Forward Works Package for the Geraldton Health Campus, WA. Engineering Milestone Reached at Pimpama Sports Hub

This week, ADCO reached an engineering milestone at Pimpama Sports Hub, with the first spliced truss spanning 37 metres erected. Since beginning on site last year, we have erected the roof cover over the netball centre, and made huge strides on courts, carparking, intersection and roadworks. The aquatic centre is also coming together well, with the main pool hall substructure complete — this allows for the erection of the roof structure.
