NSW Rugby League Centre of Excellence Open in Time for State of Origin NSW

ADCO was proud to be named Builder of Choice for NSW Rugby League's Centre of Excellence at Sydney Olympic Park. Working with architects Populous and project managers APP, ADCO delivered the Centre of Excellence earlier this year, and the building will be used for the State of Origin 2019. Facilities include a gym, changerooms, a hydrotherapy centre with plunge and resistance pools, medical rooms, 60-seat theatre, café, dining and lounge areas, museum and administration facilities. ADCO Backs Australia’s Passionate Athletes

ADCO proudly backs sportsmen and sportswomen of all ages who excel in their passions. San Parkway Clinic Reaches Completion

ADCO has reached Project Completion on a stunning new addition to Sydney’s SAN Hospital. The SAN Parkway Clinic is a $35m design and construct project located in Wahroonga, on Sydney’s North Shore – across the road from the existing SAN Hospital. The new Clinic will provide the SAN precinct with 6,500m2 of office and retail space in addition to 150 underground parking spaces. ADCO Donates 28 Laptops to Melbourne Primary School

ADCO has proudly donated 28 HP Notebook computers to Wooranna Park Primary School in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. Our Victoria State Manager Lakshu Adaikalavan presented the refurbished computers to Principal Ray Trotter in front of the school’s 350 students, who were very excited to get their new laptops up and running. $23M Costco Ipswich Launches to Large Crowds with Grand Opening

ADCO’s recent Costco build west of Brisbane is now open, after a VIP launch ceremony which saw doors open to hundreds of excited customers. Cars banked out onto Warrego Highway as shoppers witnessed a ribbon cutting ceremony with cake and a buffet, before scouting for bargains on specialty items and goods in bulk. The $23m, large retail project in Ipswich was our fourth Costco job in Australia, incorporating a large span warehouse with internal Costco fittings, a fuel service station and auto repair facility, 825 parking spaces and associated landscape works. ADCO is a proud supporter of the Salvation Army, and during the month of May (which is Salvos month) we are dedicated to raising money and honouring the work of the Salvos. Our company and individual staff have donated money, attended fundraisers and taken on initiatives to further the organisation’s charity work. Bond University Unveils ADCO-Built Health Sciences & Medicine Building

In a grand launch ceremony on Monday, Bond University opened its Health Sciences & Medicine (HSM) building, completed by ADCO. The building offers world-class health research facilities, with state-of-the-art learning and teaching zones, and expanded space to accommodate new innovative health and medical research programs. The original Faculty of HSM was ADCO’s first-ever build for Bond back in 2004.
